Security Model
Security rules in the system have been set up linked to the Project ‘owner’.
Typically, a Project Manager can only see and edit those Projects they own. They can also view Projects owned by other Project Managers.
Any newly created Project will automatically show the user profile of the creating user as the Project Owner.
The Project can be handed over to a new owner at any time.
Changing Ownership of a Project

To assign a user to a Project, click Assign in the top menu bar. Tap the Assign To text box to switch it from ‘Me’ to ‘User or Team’. Search the User or Team box to assign it to your chosen individual or team. When you assign ownership to a user, they will have ownership of the Project and associated sub-registers. When you assign ownership to a team, the members within that team will co-own the Project. |
