Introducing Change Requests
Change Requests are formal proposals submitted during a project to request changes to key aspects such as scope, budget, timeline, or resources. They provide a structured way to document, review, and approve modifications, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and that changes are properly assessed for their impact on project objectives. This helps maintain control and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
