Calling the AI Assistant
The AI Assistant is activated by clicking the AI Assistant button at the top of the screen. This button shows only if the AI Assistant is configured with features relevant to the form currently shown.
Working with Buttons
The AI Assistant offers choices of assistance it can provide through the display of buttons.
Different buttons are shown depending on where the assistant is called:
If there is not room enough to show all buttons across the top, then further buttons can be revealed by clicking on the More... button shown on the right.
Applicable/Inapplicable Actions
Certain buttons may be shown in red - this indicates that they are 'inapplicable' in the current context. Various conditions can cause this, configured as validation rules for the button, such as:
- The button is set up to write content to a text fields that is already filled (in which case you can still use the button to regenerate the content, by acknowledging a warning message later)
- It requires content from a field shown in the form underneath that is empty
You can click on the Show applicable actions only link at the top to hide the inapplicable action buttons from view, or click Show inapplicable actions to toggle them back on.
