Introducing Scratchpads
The Scratchpads feature provides an easy-to-use facility to store spreadsheet-like data with the project or programme. Use it for notes, calculations, list or tables of information, easily accessible without the need to store or manage full Excel documents. It is also possible to create organisational templates for these, for easy re-use.
Accessing Scratchpads
Click on this link in the menu bar in the main project or programme screen:
Use this navigation box to work with scratchpads created previously for this project/programme, listed on the left. Use the + button to create a new scratchpad or pick a template listed in the bottom right.
If you have authority to maintain templates then buttons to delete/rename/edit them are shown too.
