The App delivered with Schedule Hub for MS Project provides a range of features primarily aimed at administrators.
Viewing Portfolio Data
The primary purpose of the app is to allow viewing of Project schedule data extracted from MS Project plans, i.e. of those project plans stored in the connected SharePoint Library and extracted via the Schedule Hub Extraction Service.
Viewing Individual Projects
Individual projects can be explored in detail, showing all data for the project as well as change history.
Surfacing Reports
The app has various sample Power BI reports embedded, built with the Power BI data model delivered with the solution.
Maintaining the Enterprise Resource Pool
Centrally maintained resources can be shared across projects to support resource management.
