Programme Description
Programmes are the level above Projects in the Power Framework organisational hierarchy. When you create a Project you must add a related Programme.
The Programme lies below the Portfolio in the overall Power Framework hierarchy.
Programmes, like Projects, contain Programme data columns and related Sub-Register records such as Risks, Issues, Status Reports, Benefits, Change Requests, Lessons Learned, Milestones, and Resource Demand.
From a Programme, you can also see the related Project information.
Programmes, compared to Projects, have a simple five Programme Stage-Gate Business Process Flow:
- Concept
- Initiative
- Execute
- Closure
- Benefits
