Once you've been registered on our service desk system, you can raise calls by sending an email to servicedesk@powerframework.com .
The system offers a self-service Help Centre ( https://servicedesk.powerframework.com ) where support requests can be created and managed once logged in.
You will usually log in with your work email address or alternatively with an address issued to you for the tenant.
To create a Zendesk login account / password and log in for the first time, please go to https://servicedesk.powerframework.com , then click on “sign In” and choose the “forgot my password” option. You should enter your email address described above.
