Initial Data Set-up

This article summarizes the tables that need to be populated to prepare the application for use. 

These data sets are likely to be fairly static, requiring only occasional updates e.g. due to change of  requirement for categorisation of data.

Supporting Entities

Tables described in the Supporting Entities section of this knowledge base need to be populated, i.e. Business Units, Risk Categories, Risk Controls, Quality Processes.

Other Tables

Other tables require set-up in the Admin area of the application:

Process Categories

Process Categories are simple categories to be applied to Quality Processes.

Strategic Objectives

Strategic Objectives are configured to allow Enterprise Risks to be aligned to Strategic Objectives for viewing and reporting purposes.

Vendors

Vendor accounts are maintained in their own table, so they may be related to risks.

Control Groups

Control Groups are simple categories to be applied to Risk Controls.
