Risk Register Views
The application provides a central view of all risks, which can be accessed by clicking on 'Enterprise Risks' in the menu bar.
The system will show a view that has been defined as the default view for the organisation. The list of risks shown may only be a subset if security rules are in place that limit your access.

Please note that risk register views are components also of other functions, listing risks associated with entities such as Business Units or Risk Controls.
Explore Data Using Views
There are various ways to work with the views and personalise what is shown to your needs:
- Apply 'Group By' settings
- Add or remove columns
- Drag columns to the left or right to change their sequence in the grid
- Click into individual column headings to apply sorts and filters
- Filter by keyword

Using Charts
Click the Show Chart button in the top left to show a configured chart to the left of the register. Switch between different charts using the drop-down choices available. You can click into the chart to select a chart area, which will filter the list on the right to show just the records related to the chart element you selected.
Click the Hide Chart button to hide the chart.
Adding or Editing a Risk
The risk register view is a good place to navigate to an existing risk and edit it, or click + New at the top to create a new risk.
